However This time not have the other Great power to take ponsibities about donate cash for Tuberculosis, Malaria and HIV to world capital and not have other coutry can pay the expense to the United nations as America paies 25% although China as paies 21% and can't to take responsilities same America .

อย่างไรก็ตาม ณ เวลานี้ไม่มีชาติใดมีความสามารถอย่างอเมริกาที่สามารถรับผิดชอบบริจาคเงินให้กับองค์กรการกุศลมากมาย เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ มาลาเลีย หรือวัณโรค และอเมริกาก็เป็นผู้จ่ายเงินแก่สหประชาชาติราว25% ซึ่งมากที่สุดในโลก หรือแม้แต่จีนที่บางคนมากว่าอาจก้าวสู่ผุ้นำโลกคนใหม่ก็ จ่ายเพียง 21% และไม่มีความสามารอย่าง อเมริการที่จะบริจาคเงินมากมายมหาศาลได้
